This platform prices on two separate dimensions that you combine based on your needs. User Seats give each person access to the AI exam prep features, 12 languages, MCQ generation, and a progress dashboard. You buy seats by the unit, so cost scales with how many people use the platform. MCQ Credits cover the AI compute behind question generation, translation, and image creation. You consume credits as you generate content, so this cost scales with usage. Seats and credits are independent, letting you match user count and generation volume to your workload.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one User Seat for billing?
A User Seat is one person's account with access to all NEETBot AI features, 12 language options, MCQ generation, and a progress dashboard. Each individual student or user you enroll uses one seat. You buy seats by the unit, so the count matches the number of people using the platform.
What consumes an MCQ Credit, and when am I charged?
MCQ Credits track real AI compute used when the platform generates content. This includes question generation, translating material into supported languages, and creating images. Credits are consumed as you produce content, so this cost tracks your generation activity rather than the number of users.
Which dimension drives most of my cost — seats or credits?
Seats and MCQ Credits bill independently and both appear on your invoice. User Seat cost scales with how many people you enroll. MCQ Credit cost scales with how much AI content you generate. Heavy question generation raises credit use; larger user counts raise seat costs. Balance the two to match your workload.
