You buy this platform through separate usage-based dimensions, each priced by call volume over the contract term. Assistive Call Taking and Assistive Dispatch each cover up to 30,000 calls. Automated Non-Emergency Triage covers up to 80,000 calls. Automated Quality Assurance covers up to 120,000 calls. These four are independent add-ons; you select the ones you need. Exceeding any volume cap requires a private offer from the vendor. The Implementation Bundle is a separate one-time setup dimension for deploying the platform. Volumes do not share across dimensions.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one call for the Assistive Call Taking and Assistive Dispatch volume caps?
Each dimension meters the emergency calls handled through that feature. Assistive Call Taking counts inbound calls processed by call-takers using the assistive tools. Assistive Dispatch counts calls handled through dispatch monitoring across channels and talk groups. Each dimension tracks its own call volume against its own cap.
What happens when my call volume exceeds a dimension's cap during the contract?
Each dimension includes a set volume: 30,000 calls for Assistive Call Taking and Assistive Dispatch, 80,000 for Automated Non-Emergency Triage, and 120,000 for Automated Quality Assurance. Once you pass a cap, you must contact the vendor for a private offer to cover the added volume. Caps are not automatic overage charges.
How do the four usage dimensions and the Implementation Bundle combine on my bill?
The four usage dimensions bill independently, each metered against its own call cap. You pick only the features you need. The Implementation Bundle is a separate one-time charge for deploying the platform, not a recurring usage cost. Your total combines the selected usage dimensions plus the setup fee.
