You buy this platform through separate usage-based dimensions, each priced by call volume. Assistive Call Taking and Assistive Dispatch each cover up to 30,000 calls. Automated Non-Emergency Triage covers up to 80,000 calls. Automated Quality Assurance covers up to 120,000 calls. You pick the capabilities your center needs and combine them independently. When your volume passes any dimension's included cap, you contact the vendor for a private offer. A separate Implementation Bundle covers setup of the platform. Each dimension stands on its own, so you scale coverage per function.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one call for the Assistive Call Taking and Assistive Dispatch dimensions?
Each dimension meters by call volume within your center. Assistive Call Taking counts inbound 911 calls the platform assists during call-taking. Assistive Dispatch counts calls where the platform transcribes and monitors radio channels and talk groups for dispatchers. Each covers up to 30,000 calls per its included amount.
What happens when my call volume passes the included cap on a dimension?
Each dimension includes a set call cap: 30,000 for Assistive Call Taking and Assistive Dispatch, 80,000 for Automated Non-Emergency Triage, and 120,000 for Automated Quality Assurance. When your volume exceeds a dimension's cap, you contact the vendor for a private offer to cover the added calls.
Does the Implementation Bundle recur, or is it a one-time cost separate from call volume?
The Implementation Bundle covers setup of the platform. It is billed separately from the volume-based dimensions and does not meter by call count. The platform runs over the top of existing systems and can be implemented in days, with no rip-and-replace required.
