You pay a base fee that covers up to 10 hosts, with a minimum of 10 hosts always charged. Each host runs up to 4 vCPU and 16 GB RAM. Add more hosts beyond 10, billed per hour for each extra host. Three separate usage dimensions cover logs, metrics, and traces, each measured in GB. Every host includes 7 MB per hour for each data type at no charge. You pay only for data that exceeds that hourly allowance. Charges scale with your host count and actual data volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one host for billing, and how is it sized?
A host is a monitored unit sized up to 4 vCPU and 16 GB RAM. You are always charged for a minimum of 10 hosts. Each host beyond 10 is billed per hour. Larger machines may be counted as multiples of this host specification.
How do the logs, metrics, and traces charges combine with the host charges on my bill?
You pay the base fee and per-hour host charges separately from data charges. Logs, metrics, and traces each meter independently in GB. Every host includes 7 MB per hour for each data type free. You are billed only for data volume above that hourly allowance. All charges appear together.
Am I charged for data usage that stays within the included hourly allowance?
No. Each host includes 7 MB per hour for logs, 7 MB for metrics, and 7 MB for traces at no charge. Charges apply only to the volume that exceeds 7 MB per hour for each data type. Staying under the allowance means no separate data charges accrue.
