Peak Amp Intelligence is a predictive maintenance and operational risk analytics platform designed for critical facilities, commercial buildings, healthcare organizations, higher education campuses, industrial facilities, and data center environments.
The platform transforms building management system (BMS) alarms, equipment telemetry, maintenance records, and operational data into prioritized operational actions. By combining alarm analytics, telemetry analysis, maintenance history, and operational risk modeling, Peak Amp Intelligence helps facility teams identify emerging issues earlier in the maintenance lifecycle, prioritize maintenance activities, and improve asset reliability.
Peak Amp Intelligence helps facility teams determine which maintenance activities should be prioritized first. Rather than overwhelming users with alarms, dashboards, or raw telemetry, the platform ranks maintenance opportunities based on operational impact, runtime accumulation, risk concentration, maintenance effort, estimated financial exposure, and expected return. Core capabilities include operational risk scoring, BMS alarm analytics, telemetry and runtime analysis, maintenance planning, root cause diagnostics, operational exposure visibility, maintenance validation, and governed workflow recommendations.
The platform provides visibility into where operational risk is accumulating, which assets require immediate attention, and how maintenance activities affect performance over time. Teams can evaluate risk by facility, asset group, work type, or operational priority, enabling more informed maintenance planning and resource allocation decisions.
Peak Amp Intelligence supports a governed workflow that moves organizations from operational data to insight, from insight to action, and from action to measured improvement. Recommendations can be reviewed, approved, and incorporated into existing maintenance processes while maintaining operational oversight.
The platform is suitable for facility operations leaders, maintenance managers, reliability teams, service providers, and organizations seeking to improve operational visibility, reduce unplanned downtime risk, increase maintenance effectiveness, and support data-driven decision making across distributed facility portfolios.

You choose a tier based on the square footage you need to cover. Starter fits a single facility or pilot up to 100,000 sq ft. Growth covers facilities or portfolios between 100,000 and 500,000 sq ft, adding operational risk scoring and asset-level prioritization. Portfolio covers multi-building environments between 500,000 and 1.5 million sq ft, with portfolio-wide analytics and recurring executive reporting. Each tier builds on the one before it. Within each tier, your price depends on facility size, square footage, data availability, and operational complexity. All tiers are sold as contracts.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What happens to my tier and price if my facility grows past its square footage range?
Each tier covers a set square footage band: Starter up to 100,000 sq ft, Growth from 100,000 to 500,000, and Portfolio from 500,000 to 1.5 million. If your coverage grows past your band, you move to the tier that fits the larger footage. Higher tiers add capabilities like risk scoring and executive reporting.
Besides square footage, what factors set my price within a tier?
Your price depends on facility size, square footage, data availability, and operational complexity. Data availability reflects how much building data the platform can use, such as BMS reports, alarm logs, maintenance records, work orders, and equipment lists. More complex facilities and more data sources affect the price within your tier's range.
What extra capabilities do I get by moving from Starter to Growth or Portfolio?
Growth includes all Starter capabilities plus expanded facility coverage, operational risk scoring, asset-level prioritization, and executive reporting. Portfolio covers multi-building environments with portfolio-wide operational risk analytics, dashboards, maintenance prioritization insights, and recurring executive reporting. Each tier builds on the one before it.
