What do you like best about the product?
What I really like is the visibility it provides into our cloud infrastructure. It’s easy to monitor misconfigurations, get alerts, and maintain compliance across multiple cloud accounts. The dashboard is clean, and I appreciate the detailed risk breakdowns with actionable insights. It integrates smoothly with our existing tools, which made adoption super smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, especially when configuring custom policies or alerts. Some of the documentation could be clearer, particularly for more advanced use cases. Also, the pricing structure could be more flexible for smaller teams or startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tenable Cloud Security helps us identify and fix cloud misconfigurations, policy violations, and potential vulnerabilities before they turn into real issues. It solves the problem of limited visibility across our multi-cloud environment and reduces the manual effort required for compliance checks. As a result, our security posture has improved significantly, audits are smoother, and our team can focus more on proactive risk mitigation instead of reactive firefighting.

What do you like best about the product?
First thing is the dashboard is very informative and gives overview of crucial data such as System status, Scanner status, Plugin details and Repo statistics..
Scan zones allows easily congifure ranges of scope, and set scanner.
Managing of multiple scanners is not so complex. And Job queue feature is useful to monitor scans.
Configuration of policies and credential based scanning is very friendly.
Customer support was good at resolving any queries and with licensing issues.

Tenable Vulnerability Management not only identifies issues but also helps teams prioritize the most critical vulnerabilities, optimizing time and resources while strengthening the organization's security posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tenable Vulnerability Management is a robust solution, but the cost, dependency on connectivity, and challenges in larger networks can be points to consider before adoption, especially for smaller organizations or those with limited resources.

What do you like best about the product?
1- Compliance Scan using CIS Benchmarks for windows & Network devices for all major vendor that helps to stay in compliant with ISO 27001 and other Audit requirements
2- We can perform Vulneralbity and Compliance scan to get one report for both.

What do you dislike about the product?
1- We have faced some issues during installation on appliance and it took a lot of time and effort from the tenable team to fix that issue. 2- Tenable product is excellent but requires improvement on
installation and integration with OS.

Tenable Security Center provides actionable insight into scan data with highly customizable dashboards, reports and workflows. We have been using Tenable.SC as a centralized platform for management of asset repositories, configuration of scan policies, user manamgnet and for dashboards and report management. tenable.sc gathers and evaluates vulnerability data from multiple scanners and provide a comprehensive view of risks using Vulnerability priority rating (VPR) which helps security analyst to prioritize the remediation efforts to fix the detected vulnerabilities. Tenable SC provides Real-time asset and vulnerability discovery and continuous monitoring for the highest level of visibility. We can also integragte and manage multple Nessus scanners from a single dashboard.
