You pay based on usage of this cloud-based imaging platform. A monthly block covers a set number of new studies, with the quantity and price set in a private offer. If you exceed that block, you pay per additional study beyond the included amount. A one-time fee applies each time you add a new location. Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A study is a single imaging exam, such as one X-ray, CT, or MRI series, stored on the platform. The monthly block covers a set number of new studies. Each new study you add beyond that block counts individually toward the per-study overage charge.
Studies within your monthly block are covered by the block price set in your private offer. Once you pass that included count, each additional new study bills separately at the per-study overage rate. The platform scales automatically to handle higher volume without added infrastructure charges.
Setup and ongoing charges bill separately. The one-time location fee applies each time you add a new site. The study transfer charge is a one-time cost for moving existing studies onto the platform. The monthly block and overage handle recurring volume. Setup fees do not recur monthly.
