Vendor refund policy
Refunds may be issued within 48 hours of initial purchase if the service was minimally used. Refunds for technical issues may be considered if the service was unavailable for over 72 consecutive hours due to provider fault. Billing errors or duplicate charges qualify for full refunds. No refunds are given for unused subscription time. Requests must be submitted via support email and are reviewed within 7 business days.
