Overview
What EscrowPulse does
EscrowPulse lets one agent pay another for a task without trusting it up front.
- POST /v1/escrow creates an escrow (amount 0.01-10000 USD, worker and principal Solana addresses, the condition, 1-720 hours to expiry) and returns the deposit address, a unique Solana Pay reference and the total to deposit (amount plus a 0.5% fee).
- The principal deposits USDC on Solana with that reference; the escrow becomes funded.
- POST /v1/escrow/{id}/release, signed by the principal's wallet (X-Escrow-Signature), pays the worker in USDC. POST /v1/escrow/{id}/dispute, signed by the principal or the worker, locks a funded escrow.
- GET /v1/escrow/{id} and GET /v1/escrow/{id}/history return the status, the deposit and payout transactions and every event.
- An escrow not released by its expiry refunds the principal automatically.
How the money moves
Deposits and payouts are USDC on Solana mainnet. A deposit only funds the escrow whose Solana Pay reference it carries, and only a party's wallet signature can release or dispute; anyone else gets 403 and is not charged.
Three ways to connect
- REST with an X-API-Key header, described by an OpenAPI 3 schema (https://escrowpulse.waltsoft.net/openapi.json ).
- MCP: the tools escrowpulse___createEscrow, getEscrow and releaseEscrow on the Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway.
- A2A (Agent2Agent 0.3): the agent card at https://escrowpulse.waltsoft.net/.well-known/agent-card.json with the skills createEscrow, getEscrow and getEscrowHistory.
Who it is for
Teams running agents that hire other agents or freelancers, agent marketplaces that need payment on approval, and developers who want escrow without writing a Solana program.
Billing
You pay per successful API call on your AWS bill; each escrow also carries the 0.5% fee on its amount. Errors (400, 401, 403, 404, 409, 429, 5xx) are never billed. Rate limit: 100 requests per second, bursts up to 200.
Highlights
- USDC escrow on Solana in one call: deposit address, unique Solana Pay reference and total to deposit; only a deposit carrying that reference funds the escrow
- Paid on approval: only the principal's wallet signature releases the payout to the worker; disputes lock a funded escrow; unreleased escrows refund at expiry
- Agent-ready: REST with an OpenAPI 3 schema, MCP tools on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway and an A2A agent card; only successful calls are billed

Usage instructions
To get started using the remote MCP server, follow the instructions below:
Available Tools This MCP server (Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Gateway) supports the following tools. Every tool takes api_key.
- escrowpulse___createEscrow - create a USDC escrow on Solana. Arguments: amount_usd (0.01-10000), worker_address, principal_address (Solana base58), condition, expires_hours (1-720). Returns escrow_id, deposit_address, deposit_reference and total_to_deposit_usd (amount + 0.5% fee).
- escrowpulse___getEscrow - status, deposit and payout transactions. Argument: escrow_id.
- escrowpulse___releaseEscrow - the principal pays the worker. Arguments: escrow_id and signature (base58 ed25519 signature of EscrowPulse:release:<escrow_id> by the principal's Solana wallet).
Prerequisites
- An active subscription to this product. Your API key (it starts with mp_) is stored in your AWS Secrets Manager after you choose Set up your account, and is also shown on the registration page.
- Install Node.js and npm (for mcp-remote), or Python 3.10+ (for the Strands Agents SDK).
- To fund an escrow: deposit total_to_deposit_usd in USDC on Solana to deposit_address with deposit_reference on the transfer.
Authentication The MCP endpoint needs no connection header. Pass your key as the api_key argument of every tool call; replace YOUR_API_KEY with your actual key below. A wrong or inactive key returns error code 401. A release without a signature returns 403, and one whose signature does not verify returns 401; both include message_to_sign and are not billed.
