Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Pricing is based on the number of Events you send each month, where an Event is a logged API call or tracked user action. The Free option covers 50K Events per month and one team member. The five Growth options step up your monthly Event allowance from 300K to 10M, each with one year of data retention. You pick the option that matches your expected monthly API traffic, and the per-Event cost decreases as you commit to higher Event volumes.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Event for billing purposes?
An Event is any API call logged by a server integration, plus custom actions tracked in your app, such as "Sign In" or "Purchased a Plan". Sending a batch of N events counts as N events. Requests skipped by sampling or skip logic do not count.
What happens if I go over my monthly Event allowance?
On self-serve plans, extra events beyond your allowance bill through pay-as-you-go pricing and appear on your monthly invoice. You can set usage alerts in subscription settings to warn you at a threshold. Upgrading to a higher Event volume can lower your per-event cost.
Can I add more team members beyond what my plan includes?
Yes. The Free option includes one team member. On self-serve plans, each additional team member bills separately per month. If you need many members, contact the vendor for volume options.
