The Pro Plan covers up to 100 users and 10k tool calls. The Team Plan covers up to 5000 users and 100k tool calls. Each of these three plans charges a per-tool-call rate once you exceed the included monthly allowance, and that overage rate drops as the plan tier rises. The Enterprise plan uses custom user and usage limits, adds on-prem support, forward deployment, and custom integrations.

What counts as one tool call for billing?
A tool call is one request your application makes through the API to a hosted MCP server. Each MCP action, such as running a report or fetching data, counts as a single tool call. Your plan includes a monthly allowance, and calls above that allowance bill at the per-call overage rate.
What happens if I exceed my monthly included tool calls?
You keep running without interruption. Once you pass your plan's included allowance, each additional tool call bills at your plan's per-call overage rate. That rate is fixed by your plan tier and drops as you move from Hobby to Pro to Team. The Enterprise plan uses custom usage limits instead.
What drives my cost — user accounts or tool calls?
Your plan sets a cap on user accounts and an included monthly tool-call allowance. User accounts must stay within your plan's limit. Tool calls drive variable cost, since usage above the allowance bills per call. High call volume raises your bill more than adding users within the limit.
