Pricing is organized into eight user-based tiers. You choose a tier based on how many users you need to cover, from up to 250 users at Tier 1 to up to 50,000 users at Tier 8. Each step up raises the covered user count. This lets your institution match the contract to its student and staff population. Separately, the AI Credits Package adds 2,000 AI credits per month. You can add this package to support the AI chatbot features on top of your chosen user tier.

A user is an individual student or staff account that can access Amanote through your learning platform. Each tier caps the number of active accounts covered, from up to 250 users at Tier 1 to up to 50,000 users at Tier 8. You pick the tier that fits your population.
The two bill independently and appear together. Your chosen user tier covers account access to note-taking and annotation. The AI Credits Package adds 2,000 AI credits per month to power the AI chatbot. You add it on top of a tier; it does not replace one.
Tiers are set bands based on covered user count. If your student and staff population outgrows your current band, you move to a higher tier that covers the larger count. The higher tier applies to your full covered population, not just the added users.
