Pricing has three parts. An annual platform subscription is priced by your total enrolled student population. A one-off setup fee applies per configured agent. AI usage is charged per question or invocation on a prepaid basis. Usage rates and model options are set in your tailored quote.
How does the per-agent setup fee change based on what an agent does?
Setup is priced in three tiers by capability. A Basic agent answers content-grounded questions with no authentication or system integrations. An Integrated agent adds SSO and one read-only system connection. A Workflow Automation agent adds up to three read-and-write integrations that act on inbound events. Branded assistants carry no extra setup cost.
Does the annual subscription cover unlimited agents, or is each agent a separate charge?
The subscription covers the platform, unlimited branded Conversational Assistants, unlimited deployment locations, and the pre-built agent library. It does not cover configuring individual agents. Each configured agent carries a separate one-off setup fee. AI usage is metered independently and does not draw from the subscription.
