Procurement through AWS Marketplace requires both "Named User" (minimum license count of 250) and "Storage" (1 unit) to be purchased for a Cloudpager tenant to be provisioned.

Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This contract has two separate pricing dimensions that you combine based on your needs. The Named user dimension charges by the total number of users you manage on the platform. The Storage dimension charges for application storage, sold in 1 TB increments. You scale each dimension independently: add more users as your workforce grows, and add storage in 1 TB blocks as your application library expands. There are no tiers to choose between. Instead, your total cost reflects your user count plus the storage capacity you commit to.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one named user for billing?
A named user is each person you manage on the platform who receives application deployments. You are billed by the total count of these users, not by concurrent sessions. Each individual assigned to receive containers counts as one, regardless of how many desktops or applications they access.
How do the named user and storage charges combine on my invoice?
Both dimensions bill independently and add together. Named user charges scale with your total user count. Storage charges scale in 1 TB increments as your application library grows. Your invoice reflects the sum. User count usually drives cost for large workforces; storage grows with the number and size of application containers.
What happens to my storage cost as my application library grows?
Storage is sold in 1 TB blocks. When your containers exceed your committed capacity, you add another 1 TB increment. You commit capacity rather than pay per byte. Cloudpaging streams containers from the cloud, so storage reflects the packaged applications you centralize on the platform.
