Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose from four tiers: Essential, Professional, Business, and Enterprise. Each tier expands the security modules you get. Essential bundles CSPM and CWPP. Professional adds CNAAP. Business bundles CSPM, CWPP, and GRC. Enterprise combines all modules: CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP, and GRC. Pricing scales by assets. Essential and Professional sell in units of 250 assets. Business and Enterprise sell in units of 500 assets. Each tier also offers a per-asset rate for assets that exceed your contracted amount, billed monthly. This lets you commit to a base and cover overages.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one asset for billing purposes?
An asset is a workload or resource the platform monitors, such as a cloud instance or container. Each tier sells assets in fixed blocks: 250 assets per unit for Essential and Professional, 500 assets per unit for Business and Enterprise. Your total asset count determines how many units you need.
What happens if my asset count exceeds my contracted amount?
Each tier includes a per-asset monthly rate for assets beyond your contracted units. These overage assets are billed monthly at the per-asset rate for your chosen tier. You commit to a base unit count and pay only for extra assets that exceed it, without a full new unit.
How do the four tiers differ in the security modules I receive?
Essential covers cloud posture and workload protection. Professional adds cloud-native application protection. Business swaps in governance, risk, and compliance instead of the application layer. Enterprise combines all four module types. The AI platform automates evidence collection and control monitoring across many compliance frameworks in every tier.
