Offering two core services, Respond and Trust Pages, HyperComply helps companies automate security questionnaire completion and share security and compliance information.
HyperComply Respond - automate questionnaire completion by pulling answers from your HyperComply Knowledge Base containing previously completed questionnaires, policies, audit reports, and other documents.
RespondAI: Import Excel or Word questionnaires with our self-import tool. Once submitted, AI will use your knowledge base to automatically fill out the questionnaire. Download the questionnaire in the original Excel or Word format. These completed questionnaires will be added to your knowledge base for future reference.
RespondFull-Service: Leverage AI Automation, but eliminate the manual effort involved in importing and format-checking files. HyperComply will import your documents for you and review the autofill results for completeness, accuracy, syntax and grammar before returning your questionnaire within the SLA of your plan (1-5 business days).
HyperComply Trust Page - a custom web page to showcase and share security documents and relevant company information to avoid security questionnaires and build trust. HyperComply gives you the flexibility to decide which documents and information are open to the public and which need user permission for access.

What do you like best about the product?
Submitting questionnaires to HyperComply for preliminary response drafting based on previous responses to questions is great feature and resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching for previous responses or answers using a keyword pulls in many other responses that are not relevant but this could be because often some keyword are commonly used across many questions in the diligence question program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to scale a program to provide more responses to questions based on previous answers.

What do you like best about the product?
As the general counsel of a midsize SaaS company that is continuing to grow rapidly, I looked at a variety of tools to help with reducing the administrative burden of questionnaires and related onboarding documents while still preserving oversight and consistency of responses.
HyperComply is a great solution and provides a high value position for the fees. The customer support is excellent, and even with high complexity and/or volume, services are always delivered quickly. Additionally, the integrations with SalesForce, Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Drata are useful and well executed.

I don't dislike anything about HyperComply.

Customer security questionnaires are repetitive, time-consuming, and often a burdensome administrative exercise in gathering evidence, much like a quasi-audit. Having HyperComply handle the lion's share of the work, providing a near-final document for our review and approval internally, alleviates a pain point for my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it useful to receive an okay-list of answers for questions most frequently sent concerning security. they enable us provide consistent answers and it also helps me to go through long questionnaires which I’ve encountered before.
What do you dislike about the product?
HyperComply has a difficulty in terms of how it can efficiently deal with many processes. The platform becomes rather cumbersome when attempting to fill complex questionnaires or those requiring the input of several departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend on questions that involve coordinating or teaching that are simple enough to ask or answer. The answer library is very good with a set up of a few questions for an assembly and the question form feature lets me easily answer trivial questions with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to save tons of time by proposing an approved list of answers to commonly sent questions regarding security. It also helps us maintain consistency in our answers and at the same time allows me to breeze through long questionnaires which I have already done once before.
What do you dislike about the product?
HyperComply has a problem with productively managing a multitude of processes. The platform becomes rather cumbersome when answering elaborate questionnaires or those that need the input of different departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the answer library that comes with a pre-configured assembly of questions and the automated questionnaire functionality is great for quickly answering mundane questions. I should spend on coordinating or teaching relatively basic questions that can be answered easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The ready-to-fill-in security templates of HyperComply give me a lot of time for solving other tasks. They feed with their previous knowledges and industries’ benchmarks, such that they do not waste my time when carrying out those dull security reviews over and over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The knowledge base can act a little snobbish sometimes. Discovering and acquiring particular information is rather laborious. It used to be that once in a while I had to swipe through general categories or get very precise keywords in order to get what I was searching for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HyperComply has relieved me of the pressure of security checks. Pre-filled answers and online storage of the documents has saved me the stress of answering long and complicated questions. This gives me more time to handle the deal-closing tasks as well as to develop the client relationships.
