Fields State - Two character state code FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standard) - Uniquely identifies counties and county equivalents in the US County - County where construction projects started Project Type - Type of Construction Projects Year - Year of activity construction started Value - Nominal construction start value which is a summation of construction labor and materials (in thousands) SQFT - Building square footage (in thousands) Dwelling Units - Sum of a single unit of residence. Past years to current are actuals and future years are forecasts.
