Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one download against the Business Plan's monthly limit of 10 tables, 10 dashboards, and 10 reports?
Each file you export counts as one download. One table file (.xlsx), one dashboard file (.pptx), or one report file (.docx) each uses one slot in its own category. The three categories are tracked separately, so exporting tables does not reduce your dashboard or report allowance.
What happens if I need more downloads than my plan allows?
Extra downloads come from credits, sold separately from your subscription. A dataset (.xlsx) uses 20 credits, a dashboard (.pptx) uses 50 credits, and a report (.docx) uses 70 credits. Credits work only while your subscription is active and stay valid for 365 days from purchase.
How is API request usage counted on the Business Plan?
The Business Plan allows up to 10,000 API requests per month. Each call to the platform counts as one request. Requests reset monthly. There is also a per-second cap of 100 calls from one key or IP address. The Smart Plan includes no API access.
