Launch the included CloudFormation template in your own account; the EC2 pulls the Refine container from AWS Public ECR and starts. Refine verifies your AWS Marketplace entitlement automatically through AWS License Manager - there is no license file, activation code, request form, or manual step. Open the RefineUrl from the CloudFormation Outputs and log in with the admin credentials you set when launching. End-to-end (subscribe -> first login) is typically about 10 minutes, and all cost, inventory, and credential data stays in your own AWS account the entire time.
