What do you like best about the product?
I do not trust this company at all. I do not like anything about this, and I feel like it is hugely overstepping and crossing a boundary in terms of privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not trust this company at all. They are hugely overstepping and crossing boundaries in terms of privacy. I do not understand how, after submitting a clear photo of my face, verifying my email, and verifying my phone number, yet it is not enough. How, then, do they ask for my passport or my driver's license?? My passport and driver's licence are to verify linkin!!!!!!!! Zero stars. I honestly distrust everything about this company.

What do you like best about the product?
Been to multiple airports and skipped the line using clear. It's always been pretty fast for me.

Sometimes the machine can't read your eyes or your fingers. My spouse has problems with that. Can slow you down if it can't read your account properly.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about CLEAR is the ease of use and the customer service. Especially, when your anxious about making it on time for a flight. The customer service is excellent. When I arrive I don't have to do a thing they guide me to what I have to do to be able to get in the customs line faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly can't find anything other than price but, even that is fair for the service and ease you get. It's worth every penny. Maybe a good suggestion would be to offer different plans for different budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I need to travel for business, CLEAR helps me with time management and comfortabilty so I can focus on the things that are needed of me for my business.

What do you like best about the product?
I was struggling with my tsa number not being on my ticket and all my travel companions had gone through precheck already. The regular security line was a 2 hour wait line. A clear representative stepped in, got me signed up, and walked me throug security. The speed in which the rep implemented the whole process was quite impressive. It was so easy. .
What do you dislike about the product?
The infrequency I travel, I wonder if it is cost effective. Also, I have precheck, so it is overkill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear was a product I was introduced to at the airport on my way to Orlando. I had never used it prior. I have not really looked into the other benefits but know I should. They do have a lot to offer in terms of security.
