Overview
File Vault is your solution to safeguard your application's sensitive files. Built from the ground up to handle files containing social security numbers, credit card data, passwords, healthcare data, financial data, student records, and any other data of value or sensitivity.
Here's how it works: your app provides us a sensitive file, and we return a token. When you need access to the file, simply provide the token to the vault. File Vault allows you to easily share your files with others with strong security controls. Your files are safeguarded using AES-256 client side encryption and additional layers of encryption on the server side.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
File Vault API pricing has three storage plans billed per month. Each plan sets a monthly storage allowance measured in gigabytes (GB). Lite gives you 5 GB, Plus gives you 150 GB, and Premium gives you 1000 GB. The plans work as tiers, so you pick the one matching your expected monthly file storage. Storage scales upward as you move from Lite to Plus to Premium. All three plans use the same File Vault service for encrypting and storing files. You choose a single plan based on the storage capacity you need each month.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
The allowance measures the total size of encrypted files you store per month, in gigabytes. Each stored file counts toward your GB total. A single file can be up to 5 GB. Files use client-side encryption with presigned URLs for upload and download.
Your plan sets a fixed monthly storage allowance in gigabytes. To hold more than your plan covers, you move up to a plan with a higher allowance. Lite covers 5 GB, Plus covers 150 GB, and Premium covers 1000 GB per month. Deleting files frees space within your allowance.
Storage capacity is the main difference across the three plans. All plans encrypt and store files using the same File Vault service. Higher-capacity plans add capabilities such as ephemeral key sharing, real-time file status, dedicated encryption keys, and envelope encryption.

What do you like best about the product?
Enigma Card Vault is far the best option for card tokenization we found. API is simplistic and easy to understand. There are no surprises regarding PCI-DSS de-scoping and you really end up with having responsibility for things you really use and need. They are also way more affordable than others. They added our domestic card and languages in less than 24h

Their service perfect. We have no complains.

PCI DSS Descoping. We have less responsibilities to meet in order of staying PCI DSS compliant when we use proxy vault token providers

I have been really impressed with how much Enigma Vault has grown beyond basic encryption. The structured vault system makes handling card data, personal information, and even large files incredibly smooth. The file vault stands out encrypting anything from tiny documents to multi gb files without any issues.
The platform’s api first design and wide sdk support also make integration straightforward. I have had a great experience with the card vault in particular the format preserving tokenization feels practical and keeps everything pci friendly. Features like searchable encrypted data are small details that end up making a big difference.
Overall, it’s a strong, well thought out solution that makes securing and managing sensitive data feel effortless.

While my overall experience with enigma vault has been excellent, there are a few areas where enhancements could make the platform even more powerful.
One thing that stands out is reporting and visibility. Enigma vault does a great job handling encryption, tokenization, and secure storage, but adding deeper built-in analytics or more flexible reporting dashboards could help teams more easily track usage patterns, audit activity, and compliance status without having to pull data into separate systems.

Tokenized data provides greater security against possible cyber attacks, its function is fascinating, being able to have everything encrypted quickly and easily.

Engima vault has met our requirement for encrypting data and did not have any such issues, there can be more scope on the documentation side.
