We are leveraging AWS Standard Contract for MP (SCMP) as the EULA.

Dimensions summary
You pay based on two independent usage measures, each billed by the gigabyte. The first charges for the GB of savings this software realizes for you each month, so your cost scales with the value it delivers. The second charges for the GB it manages for your RDS backups. These dimensions are separate, not tiers. Your total depends on how much each measure adds up during the billing period. There is no upfront commitment; you pay only for the usage you accrue.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
This unit counts the cloud spend the software prevents each month, measured in gigabytes of resource usage it eliminates. Because the software detects and safely removes inefficiencies on its own, you are billed on the savings it delivers rather than on time or seats.
The two measures bill independently and add together on the same invoice. Savings realized per month reflects prevented spend, while GB managed for RDS backup reflects backup data under management. One does not affect the other. Your total is the sum of both metered amounts for the period.
The savings dimension meters only the gigabytes of savings realized during the period, so no savings means no charge under that measure. The RDS backup dimension bills separately on the volume of backup data it manages, which can still accrue even when no savings occur.
