AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract prices access to the Flexera Cloud Cost Optimization platform based on the amount of cloud spend you manage through it. The base dimension covers up to $1,000,000 USD of yearly cloud spend under management. If your managed cloud spend exceeds that threshold, the overage fee applies as defined in your contract. So pricing scales with the volume of cloud spend you track and optimize, not with users or instances. The overage dimension works alongside the base platform to bill any spend beyond the included amount.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts toward the cloud spend under management that drives pricing?
It counts the cloud spend you track and optimize through the platform. This includes costs across public cloud providers, plus related costs you ingest such as support, labor, and taxes. The base dimension covers up to $1,000,000 USD of yearly cloud spend under management.
What happens to my bill if my managed cloud spend goes above the included amount?
The overage fee applies to spend beyond the included threshold, as defined in your contract. The base platform dimension and the overage fee bill together. So only the amount above the included cloud spend triggers the additional overage charge.
Which dimension drives most of my cost — the base platform or the overage fee?
The base platform dimension covers your cloud spend up to the included amount and forms the core charge. The overage fee only adds cost once your managed cloud spend passes that threshold. Both appear together, but overage applies solely to spend beyond the included amount.

Flexera One: Dependable Software Asset Data That Boosts Efficiency
Reviewed on Aug 09, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Flexera One has been most valuable to me because it provides a dependable source of information for software asset management activities. I can quickly access the data I need, which helps improve efficiency and reduces the effort involved in validating information from different sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexera One provides strong functionality, but some reporting and customization options can feel complex. I would like to see a more streamlined experience that makes it easier to build reports and access insights with fewer steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the key problems Flexera One addresses is the lack of a single source of truth for software asset information. In my day-to-day work, this helps by providing reliable data in one place, making it easier to answer stakeholder queries, support compliance reviews, and complete reporting activities more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Flexera One because it makes tracking our licenses much easier. Everything is in one place, so I always know that we own and what we use. It helped us find licenses we were paying for but didn't need, so we saved some money. It also makes audits and renewals much less stressful. It has helped my own projects too, and it keeps other teams updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, setup took me a bit of time to get comfortable with. Also, some of the reports are pretty fixed and don't let me customize much, So I end up pulling the data out and adjusting it myself. Nothing major, just something I'd like to see improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to manage licenses using spreadsheets, and it was hard to get the full picture. So we sometimes paid for licenses we didn't need, and audits were always a scramble. Now everything is in one place, so we spot unused licenses early, and audits are way less stressful.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Flexera One is having one place to see all our software licenses instead of going through each spreadsheet from different departments. Instead of spending hours each month manually cross-checking license across various departments, that process is basically automated. the dashboard are easy enough to pick up, honestly saved my team a lot of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup took much time, especially pulling in data from different sources. A few of the reporting features felt a bit complex at first. Not a big deal, just wishing that it will be good, if these are well maintained
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our licenses were scattered across spreadsheets and nobody had a clear view of what we actually owned and what we actually using. This made it hard to know what we needed to pay for and what we didn't. Now using this everything is tracked in one place, so we tracked the unused licenses early.

Clear Visibility and Strong Value for Software Asset Management
Reviewed on Aug 05, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Flexera One is the clear, end-to-end visibility it gives us into our software assets, usage, and licensing across the environment. It brings data together from multiple sources into a single, easy-to-navigate view, making it much simpler to see what we have, how it’s being used, and where we can optimize.
The reporting and dashboards are particularly useful for quickly spotting compliance risks and cost-saving opportunities without spending hours on manual analysis. Overall, Flexera One has strengthened our ability to make informed decisions, reduce waste, and manage software more proactively, delivering strong value to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexera One is a powerful platform, but the interface can feel a bit complex at times—especially when switching between reports and different asset views. Some workflows require more clicks than I would expect, and it can take a while to get fully comfortable navigating everything. I also feel the pricing and overall ROI could be stronger for smaller teams or organizations that don’t need the full feature set. That said, once it’s configured properly, it delivers valuable visibility and useful insights that help justify the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexera One helps address the challenge of managing software inventory, licensing, and compliance across a complex environment. Before we started using it, it was much harder to get a clear, reliable view of what software was installed, how it was being used, and where we might have been over-licensed or exposed to compliance gaps. With Flexera One, we can centralize this information, spot optimization opportunities more quickly, and make better decisions based on more accurate reporting. It has also reduced manual effort and strengthened our ability to track usage and control costs, making our overall software management process significantly more efficient.
