AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract prices access to the Flexera Cloud Cost Optimization platform based on the amount of cloud spend you manage through it. The base dimension covers up to $1,000,000 USD of yearly cloud spend under management. If your managed cloud spend exceeds that threshold, the overage fee applies as defined in your contract. So pricing scales with the volume of cloud spend you track and optimize, not with users or instances. The overage dimension works alongside the base platform to bill any spend beyond the included amount.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts toward the cloud spend under management that drives pricing?
It counts the cloud spend you track and optimize through the platform. This includes costs across public cloud providers, plus related costs you ingest such as support, labor, and taxes. The base dimension covers up to $1,000,000 USD of yearly cloud spend under management.
What happens to my bill if my managed cloud spend goes above the included amount?
The overage fee applies to spend beyond the included threshold, as defined in your contract. The base platform dimension and the overage fee bill together. So only the amount above the included cloud spend triggers the additional overage charge.
Which dimension drives most of my cost — the base platform or the overage fee?
The base platform dimension covers your cloud spend up to the included amount and forms the core charge. The overage fee only adds cost once your managed cloud spend passes that threshold. Both appear together, but overage applies solely to spend beyond the included amount.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexera One: Cloud & ITAM Intelligence at Enterprise Scale:
What stands out most about Flexera One is its unified visibility across cloud spend and software assets — something that's genuinely rare at enterprise scale. As a FinOps practitioner managing cloud cost optimization across AWS, Azure, and GCP for multiple client, having a single platform that bridges CCO and ITAM data has been transformative.
The Flexera CCO module delivers exceptional depth in rightsizing recommendations, reserved instance planning, and multi-cloud normalization. The ability to segment spend by tag, account hierarchy, and business unit — and then overlay that with license utilization from the ITAM module — gives our team a complete picture of true cloud cost-to-value. This is something most standalone FinOps tools simply can't replicate.
From a delivery standpoint, the automated governance workflows have meaningfully reduced manual effort. That kind of measurable ROI is only possible when the tool is both powerful and reliably consistent.
We have provided support and build solutions for multiple clients which make it possible to create client success stories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, "dislike" isn't the right word — it's more that any platform as comprehensive as Flexera One has areas where the partnership between customer and vendor really matters. What I can say with confidence is that every piece of feedback our team has brought to Flexera has been taken seriously, acted upon, and in many cases already delivered. We have collaborated with Flexera as a partner and flexera were able to deliver multiple client requirements on time.
Roadmap we're excited about: AI-driven anomaly detection, agentic cost governance, and tighter CCO + ITAM convergence with unified tagging and SaaS spend intelligence — exactly where enterprise FinOps is heading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing cloud spend and software assets across multiple clients on AWS, Azure, and GCP without a unified platform — meant fragmented data, reactive decisions, and significant manual overhead. Flexera One directly solved those critical problems. Listing down some of real time examples:
Multi-cloud spend fragmentation: Problem: Cloud cost data was siloed across AWS, Azure, and GCP with no unified view — making cross-cloud rightsizing and accountability nearly impossible at scale. Benefit: CCO's normalized multi-cloud dashboard gave us a single source of truth, enabling consistent rightsizing, commitment planning, and chargeback across all providers.
Manual, reactive cost governance: Problem: Teams spent significant time manually pulling reports, chasing tag compliance, and reacting to cost anomalies after the fact — instead of preventing waste proactively. Benefit: Flexera's policy engine and automated governance workflows shifted our posture from reactive to preventive — freeing our team to focus on higher-value optimization work.
Shadow IT and software license sprawl: Problem: Without visibility into software entitlements vs. actual usage, clients faced audit risk, over-licensing, and untracked SaaS spend bleeding into cloud bills. Benefit: Flexera ITAM surfaces license utilization gaps and entitlement mismatches in real time — turning audit anxiety into proactive compliance and measurable cost reclaim.
