Managed operations covers model routing strategy across Claude Sonnet and Claude Opus capability and cost tiers, token cost tracking with AWS Budgets alert configuration, inference quota headroom monitoring and AWS Service Quotas increase management ahead of planned demand, latency and output-quality monitoring through Amazon CloudWatch, and prompt and response logging via Amazon CloudWatch Logs and AWS CloudTrail. Model version transition management ensures that production applications built on Claude Sonnet 4.5, Claude Sonnet 4.6, or Claude Opus 4.6 remain stable as Amazon Bedrock updates underlying model versions, with tested migration runbooks prepared and validated ahead of each transition so applications keep working when providers move.

AI governance and compliance readiness assesses the customer's AI usage against a defined control framework covering AI usage policy, data handling and privacy classification, model risk documentation, human oversight controls, and audit evidence production — aligned with ISO 27001 controls and financial services AI regulatory expectations. The assessment produces a prioritised gap analysis and remediation roadmap.
