Smart Wifi is the cloud-based Wi-Fi solution developed by Weblib. Smart Wifi is an advanced captive portal integration solution; it benefits from constant evolution and adaptation to your current or future needs. Our solution is focused on the user experience and gives you a simplified operation adapted to all customers. Because Smart Wifi is a cloud-based solution, the number of simultaneous connections is unlimited and will only depend on the capacity of your in-store/office hardware.
The Smart Wifi captive portal can be configured through Control Tower, which is a simple and intuitive back office so that users can use it after a short training course, offered as part of the partner program. This solution comes with a powerful supervision tool available in Control Tower through a series of dashboards that will compute all of the data collected. Moreover, data can be exported and downloaded to be integrated into other applications for various business purposes. By collecting usage data and customer data, custom user experience can be created as knowledge about customers starts to arise. This also enables to create specific marketing strategies like targeted couponing etc.
Smart Wifi offers a wide range of connectors to authenticate on your Wi-Fi and collect data through various means (social media, forms, click&connect, ...). In addition, we provide the ability to customize specific screens for marketing purposes, brand identity and opt-ins to be compliant with local regulations and laws.

Vendor support
We have three maintenance dedicated teams, two of them are in France (Bordeaux and Paris). They are available to our customers from 9am to 6:30pm for all problems up to P3. The third team is based in Romania and available 24/7. All the teams will be available both through emails and phone calls depending of the severity and emergency of the problem.
Severity Definition Example;
P1 - Interrupted service Impossible to access the service.
P2 - Service deteriorated Communication unexpectedly interrupted, microinterruption, long response time, increased error rate, etc.
P3 - No impact on the user Preventive maintenance.
