Overview
This product provides Vue 2.7 integrated with Ubuntu 24.04 and delivered as an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) by ThinkCloud. The image includes a clean, security-hardened Vue 2.7 development environment with a compatible Node.js runtime and Vue CLI or Vite tooling.
Vue 2.7 supports development and maintenance of legacy frontend applications, dashboards, and compatibility-sensitive Vue projects. The environment reduces dependency and Node.js version conflicts while providing a consistent workspace for building and testing Vue 2 applications.
Marketplace software charges cover seller-performed software and operating-system integration, preparation of the Vue and Node.js toolchain, application of the verified hardening baseline, repeatable image construction, and final AMI testing. Support and maintenance are supplementary services and are not the sole basis for the software charges.

SSH to the instance and login as 'ubuntu' using the key specified at launch.
To run the Vue 2.7 development server, follow these steps:
Switch to root user: sudo su -
Navigate to the project directory: cd /root/my-vue-app
Install dependencies: npm install
Start the development server: npm run
Note: As this is a default development server setup, check your local build tool configurations (like Vite or Vue CLI) if you need to expose the port for public browser access.
