Insys VOD Express is a ready-to-launch, complete, and flexible OTT streaming solution tailored to your brand. The service is dedicated to the companies and organizations that want to share their video content online and monetize it.
Created by Insys Video Technologies, Insys VOD Express lets you launch a cloud-based professional VOD platform under your brand in just 2 days. The service is built on AWS Media Services to help you effortlessly process and deliver your video content. It is available for all the popular web browsers and integrates with the DRM service that keeps your video content secure from piracy.
Insys VOD Express helps you monetize your content through the TVOD (transactional video-on-demand, e.g. movie rentals) or SVOD (subscription video on demand) models. It also integrates with PayPal for easy and frictionless payments.
The solution is a perfect fit for video content creators and producers, film distributors, cable operators, and any company or institution that owns a video library or broadcasting rights.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy one Basic package as a contract. It sets fixed usage limits: up to 10,000 users, 360 video hours, and 24TB of data transfer. Pricing is not tiered here — this is a single package with defined caps. The three limits work together to bound your streaming platform usage. If your audience, content library, or delivery volume grows beyond these caps, contact the vendor about options for your project.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts toward the 360 video hours and 24TB transfer limits?
Video hours measure the length of your live and on-demand content processed. Data transfer measures how much video the platform delivers to viewers through the CDN. Both meters run alongside the 10,000 user cap. Streaming to many viewers or long libraries draws down the transfer and hours limits.
Which limit drives my usage first — users, video hours, or data transfer?
All three limits apply at once and cap different things. The user limit bounds registered accounts. Video hours bound your content volume. Data transfer bounds delivery to viewers. Heavy viewing on a small library hits the transfer cap first. A large catalog with few viewers hits video hours first.
What features come with the Basic package?
The package supports live streaming, video-on-demand, and linear channels. You get an admin panel for content, metadata, and user management. Security includes DRM protection, geo-blocking, concurrent stream limits, and forensic watermarking. Playback works across web browsers, mobile devices, and Smart TVs. Ad-supported, subscription, and pay-per-view monetization options are available.
