ProfileIQ by IDfy helps enterprises onboard customers, merchants, and partners faster and with greater confidence across banking, financial services, insurance, telecom, eCommerce, and staffing. From first touchpoint to verified, decision-ready profile, OnboardIQ orchestrates the entire onboarding lifecycle: identity capture, risk assessment, compliance checks, and reviewer workflows which are configurable for any channel, segment, or market.
Every enterprise that onboards people or businesses at scale eventually hits the same wall: journeys that were built for one channel don't scale to others, compliance requirements vary by market and segment, fraud slips through at the edges, and operations teams spend more time managing exceptions than driving conversion.
ProfileIQ by IDfy is built to solve that problem end to end. It gives enterprises a single platform to design, deploy, and operate onboarding and risk journeys for any customer or partner types like retail customers, SMEs, corporates, merchants, agents, and employees across digital self-serve, assisted branch, and partner-led channels simultaneously.
The platform brings together everything the onboarding and risk lifecycle requires: a no-code journey builder for rapid configuration without engineering dependency, real-time identity capture and verification across documents and biometrics, risk and fraud decisioning embedded directly into the flow, and a reviewer platform for exception handling and manual escalations at volume. A lead management engine tracks conversion end to end across all channels and distribution teams.
Because compliance requirements differ by market, segment, and transaction type, ProfileIQ's rule-based decisioning layer is fully configurable adapting to local regulatory mandates without platform changes or custom builds. Audit trails, data residency controls, and role-based access are built in, not bolted on. The outcome is measurable: faster time-to-revenue on new segments, higher conversion through optimised journeys, lower operational cost per onboarded customer, and a compliance posture that holds across markets. Trusted by 1,500+ enterprises across 10 countries, processing 70M+ verifications every month

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
ProfileIQ is sold as five separate modules, each priced by units under a contract. You pick the modules that match your workflow. Fleet on Street covers field identity checks for a mobile workforce. Journey handles end-to-end customer lifecycle workflows. Back Office supports internal review, case management, and decisioning. Continuous Monitoring runs ongoing entity checks with automated alerts. Risk & Data provides scoring and data-driven insights for decisions. The modules are independent options, not stacked tiers. Your total scales with the number of units you buy across the modules you select.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one billable unit within each ProfileIQ module?
Each module is billed by units tied to its own activity. For Fleet on Street, a unit maps to a field verification or onboarding action. Journey units track workflow runs through the customer lifecycle. Back Office units cover case reviews. Continuous Monitoring units count monitored entities. Risk & Data units cover scoring or intelligence lookups.
If I buy several modules, how do their charges combine on my bill?
The modules bill independently. You buy units separately for each module you select, and each module's units are counted against its own activity. Your total is the sum across the modules you choose. Modules are not stacked tiers, so adding one does not change the unit pricing of another.
Does Continuous Monitoring keep charging after onboarding is complete?
Yes. Continuous Monitoring runs ongoing checks on people, entities, and partners after onboarding, with daily refreshes and event-based profile updates. You consume its units for as long as entities stay under watch, separate from the one-time verification units used by onboarding-focused modules like Fleet on Street.
