Overview
Amazon Connect Integration Connector for Aspect Cloud Quality helps organizations extend the value of Amazon Connect recordings by making them available inside Aspect Quality for quality management and evaluation workflows.
The connector pulls recordings created by Amazon Connect along with available interaction metadata. That metadata is then mapped to Aspect Quality metadata fields, giving quality teams the context they need to locate and review customer interactions efficiently.
Once interactions are available in Aspect Quality, supervisors, evaluators, and quality teams can search for recordings, play them back, and score interactions using the Aspect Quality interface. This helps streamline quality assurance workflows, support more consistent evaluations, and turn Amazon Connect interactions into actionable coaching and performance improvement opportunities.
