Aspect Workforce Management (WFM) Professional Services

     Info
    Sold by: Aspect
Deploy or migrate Aspect WFM on AWS through a structured professional services engagement led by consultants experienced in workforce engagement, enterprise contact centers, and Aspect solutions. This service supports new Aspect WFM implementations as well as migrations from existing on-premises Aspect environments to Aspect WFM on AWS. Aspect WFM software is purchased separately.

    Overview

Aspect Professional Services helps organizations implement Aspect Workforce Management (WFM) or migrate an existing Aspect WFM deployment to AWS. The engagement covers solution design, configuration, integration, testing, user readiness, and production cutover, with the scope tailored to the customer’s environment and goals.

Aspect works with contact center, workforce management, IT, security, network, and integration stakeholders to confirm requirements and document the approved solution in a Requirements and Design Document (RDD). The team then configures the solution, prepares and migrates applicable data, executes test plans, supports administrator and end-user readiness, and coordinates go-live.

For new customers, services may include discovery, design, AWS environment readiness, configuration, integration, testing, training, and transition to support. For existing customers, services may include data review and cleanup, migration preparation, database migration, identity and interface reconfiguration, migration rehearsals where appropriate, validation, and cutover from an on-premises environment.

Engagements may include integration with Amazon Connect and other supported contact center, automatic call distributor (ACD), real-time adherence (RTA), identity, reporting, and enterprise systems. Available integrations and the work required depend on the platform, product version, interfaces, data requirements, and customer architecture.

Optional post-go-live services may include scheduled checkpoints to review adoption, operational KPIs, outstanding issues, and optimization opportunities. These services help customers prepare for operational use of Aspect WFM capabilities, including forecasting, scheduling, real-time performance management, workforce analytics, employee self-service, and planning.

The customer-specific private offer and Statement of Work define the final deliverables, integrations, responsibilities, assumptions, schedule, fees, and any applicable software requirements. Aspect WFM software is purchased separately.
