Barracuda Impersonation Protection uses Barracuda AI that leverages the metadata from internal, external, and historical emails to create an identity graph for each Microsoft 365 user. The identity graph uses email addresses, document types, names used, natural language analysis (NLP), and other data that define the unique communication patterns of an individual. These learned patterns allow Barracuda to identify behavioral, content, and link-forwarding anomalies in your company email communications. This real time protection secures your inbox from spear phishing, business email compromise, lateral phishing, and other targeted threats.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Barracuda Impersonation Protection is to protect the entire mailbox from outside access and detect threats coming from unidentified access. It prevents unknown access, lowers the risk of financial loss, and security breaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Barracuda, as it presents a very low risk for external protection. This is because it is a cloud-based platform that offers the best industry security without any worries about email password protection and the loss of email IDs or credentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protection against impersonation solves issues related to spam, theft, spoofing, mail credentials, financial loss, personality exposure, and internal business emails. Barracuda impersonation protection is a cloud-based technology that provides virtual and hardware network solutions, and uses AI to detect and prevent external threats. It offers numerous benefits, such as securing the domain, which can only be accessed by authorized persons, and preventing mail credential theft.
