An active user is an individual account that uses passkey authentication during the billing period. Once your active user count passes 3,000, each user above that threshold triggers the monthly additional user fee. Users below the 3,000 baseline are covered by your Commit.
The Commit sets a minimum baseline fee paid monthly or yearly. When your active users pass 3,000, the additional active user fee applies per extra user. Separately, using extra or additional LoginID service beyond your commit triggers the consumption fee. These add-ons meter only usage above your baseline.
