Usage instructions
1.launch the instance with the recommended instance type. Make sure the security group allows inbound TCP 22 (SSH) and TCP 80 (HTTP) from your IP range. 2. Wait about 3-5 minutes after the instance reaches running. All platform services start automatically via Docker Compose on first boot. 3. Open the web console at http://public-ip 4. Create the administrator account on first visit to start using the platform. 5. Optional SSH into the instance for maintenance: ssh -i your-key.pem ec2-user@public-ip Platform files are under /opt/silverlining. To switch to an external database or cache, edit /opt/silverlining/.env (DB_HOST, DB_PORT, DB_USER, DB_PASSWORD, REDIS_HOST, REDIS_PORT), then run: cd /opt/silverlining && docker compose up -d 6. Optional To enable HTTPS, place your certificate and key under /opt/silverlining/certs and restart with the same command.
