EOSDA Crop Monitoring - digital satellite-based one-stop precision agriculture platform for field monitoring. Classification of field crops is an essential part of agriculture as a business. EOSDA offers a fast and easy solution relying on years of experience in precision agriculture, as well as expertise in the application of AI-powered algorithms, and remote sensing.
EOSDA Crop Monitoring is an online satellite-based precision agriculture platform for field monitoring created by EOS Data Analytics (EOSDA), a global provider of AI-powered satellite imagery analytics. The platform is a one-stop solution that integrates multiple types of data (crop health, weather conditions, crop rotation, field activities, elevation, soil moisture, and a host of other types) all in one place.
Crop classification is classifying the land surface according to the type of crop growing in there. It is provided as geospatial information in raster or vector format.
By combining Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data with optical imagery, we can assign a class to each type of crop recognized by a trained neural network in any area of interest and build a crop type map suitable to the customer`s needs.
Keep abreast of the ag market trends with an accurate crop distribution map - plan your strategy smartly.
Data required from client:
Area of interest in *.shp / *.kml / *.geojson (country, state, district, etc.);
List of crop types;
Agriculture calendar for each crop (planting date and harvesting);
Period of classification (season, months);
Ground-truth data (minimal 2-3% from AOI for each crop type).
EOSDA solution model based on:
Time-series Sentinel 2 imagery;
Model-based on AI and neural network.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing bundles two services under one contract. You buy a single 2in1 Package that covers 3,000 hectares in the crop monitoring platform plus 10,000 hectares for crop classification. Pricing is set as one fixed package, not separate line items or usage add-ons. The hectare allowances define your coverage limit for each service during the contract term. There are no tiers or instance sizes to choose between. To expand coverage beyond these hectare amounts, contact the vendor.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one hectare of coverage mean for each service in this package?
A hectare measures the land area you monitor. The crop monitoring service covers 3,000 hectares of fields you track for vegetation health, weather, and growth stages. The crop classification service covers 10,000 hectares where satellite imagery identifies crop types. Each allowance is measured separately against the area you submit.
Which service drives most of my coverage limit under this single package?
The two allowances are separate and do not share a pool. You get 3,000 hectares for crop monitoring and 10,000 hectares for crop classification. Using up one allowance does not draw from the other. Both apply during the same contract term under one fixed price.
Are there field size or coverage limits that affect the crop classification service?
The classification model does not work well on fields smaller than 2 hectares or regions with heavy cloud cover. These fields still count toward your 10,000-hectare allowance if submitted. For accurate classification, plan coverage around fields above the 2-hectare minimum.
