AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This contract combines two charges. First, you pay a monthly fee for access to the billing and revenue management platform. Second, you pay a usage charge equal to 1% of the revenue billed through Tridens Monetization. This structure ties part of your cost directly to the revenue you process. As the revenue you bill grows, the 1% charge scales with it, while the monthly fee stays fixed. The two charges are combined rather than presented as separate plans or tiers.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as the revenue that the 1% usage charge applies to?
The 1% charge applies to revenue you bill through Tridens Monetization. This includes charges you process for subscriptions, usage-based fees, one-time charges, and hybrid models. As you invoice more revenue through the platform, the 1% charge grows with it. The monthly fee stays fixed regardless of billed volume.
How do the monthly fee and the 1% revenue charge combine on my bill?
Both charges apply together on the same invoice. The monthly fee is a fixed cost for platform access. The 1% charge is variable and tied to how much revenue you bill. The fixed fee stays constant, while the 1% charge rises or falls with your billed revenue.
What capabilities does the platform fee cover?
The platform supports billing, charging, and revenue management. You get real-time charging for prepaid, postpaid, and hybrid models, revenue recognition rules, payment collection, CPQ, and a white-label self-care portal. It uses an API-first design to connect with common CRM, ERP, tax, and payment systems.

Flexible Transaction Rating Through a Comprehensive REST API
Reviewed on Jul 23, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Tridens Monetization gives us the flexibility to rate transaction services using more than a single price or volume threshold. We can configure tiered pricing across a billing cycle and include attributes such as transaction source, destination, and account type in the calculation. The REST API is comprehensive and fits well into our existing processing flow, while the UI gives us a clear overview of the configured rating logic and results. The newer AI-assisted configuration tools have also made it faster to prepare and test new rating scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial API integration required some adjustments on our side and a good understanding of the Monetization data model. The implementation was successful, but more end-to-end examples for less common transaction-rating scenarios would make the first setup easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Tridens Monetization to calculate transaction fees when pricing depends on cumulative volume within a billing cycle and on additional attributes, including source, destination, and account type. Automating these calculations removes a significant amount of manual work, applies the same rules consistently, and makes it easier to introduce or change rate plans.

Flexible Billing for Subscription, Project, and Usage-Based IT Services
Reviewed on Jul 23, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that Tridens Monetization lets me manage several billing models in one place. I can configure tiered and volume-based pricing, recurring maintenance subscriptions, one-time project fees, and usage-based hosting charges without maintaining a separate process for each service. The product catalog is flexible, most day-to-day changes can be handled through the UI, and invoicing, reporting, and Stripe payment collection all use the same customer and billing data. The newer AI-assisted configuration options also reduce some repetitive setup work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major issues for my current use case. The flexibility of the platform means that setting up a more complex product catalog and validating several pricing rules can take some time at the beginning. Once everything is configured, day-to-day management is straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Tridens Monetization to bill a mix of recurring IT maintenance, one-time project work, and usage-based hosting services. Keeping customers, price plans, charges, invoices, payment collection, and quarterly reporting in one system reduces manual work and gives me a clearer view of what has been billed and paid. The Stripe integration is especially useful for collecting recurring maintenance fees.

Cloud Computing and SaaS Billing
Reviewed on May 18, 2023
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The solution is highly flexible in terms of product configuration. Things such as proration, adjustable billing cycles, detailed discounts, and bundling of services are easy to design and maintain. Business operation tasks are configurable so there is a lot of automation options.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Business operations UI section offers very high flexibility, but the look-and-feel has some room for improvement. I can see that the rehaul of this section is on Tridens' roadmap, which is great news!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we manage to fully automate the »Order 2 Cash« process we will save plenty of time and resources. Monetization is currently used primarily for annual and monthly billing of our clients for cloud computing services such as secure data storage and SaaS products. Our clients are both commercial and non-commercial, and Monetization offers good distinction between the two in terms of reporting and analytics.

The ability for me to create pricing plans for my EV charger fleet that are customisable by a range of parameters and to then collect payments from clients via a mobile app for each charge.
