Rierino PIM Modernization Proof of Concept

A structured 4-week engagement to help teams unify and modernize product data using Rierino’s automation-ready PIM capabilities. This PoC is designed for organizations managing fragmented product information across multiple systems and channels, enabling a functional PIM MVP without long implementation cycles. The engagement is delivered within your AWS environment and can integrate with AWS services as needed, supporting Amazon Bedrock or other LLM providers for enrichment and validation use cases when required.

Week 1: Domain Definition & Data Alignment

• Select a priority product domain for the initial PIM MVP.
• Map existing data sources, structures, and quality challenges.
• Define required attributes, workflows, and channel outputs.
• Establish success criteria and integration expectations.

Weeks 2–3: PIM Modeling & Workflow Implementation

• Build the product data model and entity structures in Rierino.
• Onboard at least two product data sources (e.g., ERP, legacy PIM, supplier feeds).
• Configure validations, enrichment rules, and quality checks.
• Implement automated workflows for approvals, updates, or enrichment.
• Refine data flow behavior through iterative review with your team.

Week 4: MVP Finalization & Knowledge Transfer

• Validate data accuracy, workflow performance, and channel readiness.
• Document integration points and recommended extensions.
• Deliver authoring, governance, and operational usage guidelines.
• Conduct a technical handover and capability enablement session.

• A functional PIM MVP for one selected product domain.
• Product model definitions, workflows, and enrichment logic.
• Integration specifications and transformation rules for data sources.
• Governance patterns for data quality, ownership, and change management.
• A roadmap outlining channel expansion, automation opportunities, and next-step integrations.

Following the PoC, organizations can extend the MVP to additional product domains, implement more advanced enrichment and workflow automation, or adopt Rierino as a fully scalable foundation for enterprise-wide product information management.
