Intelligent Invoice Processing (IIP) from BP3 is a state of the art document processing engine with OCR and machine learning technologies at its heart.
Other invoice processing solutions offer data extraction with a very low success rate. At BP3, we augment our artificial intelligence systems with our specially trained invoice review team who review and correct extracted data that is incomplete or does not reach a minimum accuracy threshold. This is especially important for A/P processes that are constantly dealing with new vendors or changing invoice formats.

Standard Fields - The following fields are available for extraction as part of the standard pricing: Invoice Date, Invoice Number, Invoice Total, Total Taxes, Remit Recipient, Remit Address, Remit City, Remit State, Remit Zip, Purchase Order Number.
Additional Available Fields - The following fields are also available for extraction. Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This contract sets your price by yearly page volume. You choose one of four annual capacity tiers: up to 50,000 pages, up to 250,000 pages, up to 500,000 pages, or up to 1,000,000 pages. Each tier caps how many document pages the service can process in a year. As your expected volume grows, you move to a higher-capacity tier. All tiers cover the same document extraction, classification, and processing work; only the yearly page allowance differs. Pick the tier that matches your annual invoice volume.

A page is one page of a processed document, such as one page of an invoice. The service reads each page to extract, classify, and validate data. A multi-page invoice counts each page separately against your yearly allowance. Your tier caps the total pages processed across the year.
