A SaaS based offering that automates Invoice processes.
Unlike most solutions, Invoke Invoice Processing for Blue Prism automates the time consuming task of managing invoices by operating on your systems and applying your business rules. No need to create interfaces, API's or change your business process. The solution adjusts to YOUR process, not the other way around.
Invoices are collected from multiple sources and regardless of format (e.g. PDF, email, XLS). The required information is extracted from each invoice and the information is reviewed against your business rules for approval. This includes looking up necessary information from your systems (e.g. relevant purchase orders that require matching). When all requirements are satisfied, the solution automatically updates your back end systems and provides any notifications back to your customers.
You receive a powerful portal where you can see the progress made in real time, review any invoices that have been processed and where you will be prompted to take action when any business rules are flagged for your review.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy an annual contract based on invoice volume. Seven page-processing tiers let you pick your yearly capacity: 30,000, 50,000, 70,000, 100,000, 200,000, 300,000, or 400,000 pages. You choose the tier that matches your expected volume. Two usage add-ons apply only if you exceed included limits. You pay per GB for data storage above 300GB per month. You also pay per GB for data transfer above 300GB per month. This lets base pricing scale with page volume while add-ons cover storage and transfer overages.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one page for the annual processing tiers?
The tiers meter each document page the solution processes over the year. A multi-page invoice consumes multiple pages against your tier. You pick a tier that matches your expected annual page volume, such as 30,000 or 100,000. Choose the tier that covers your yearly document count.
How do the storage and data transfer add-ons combine with my page-processing tier?
Your page-processing tier sets the base annual cost. The two add-ons bill separately and only when you cross their thresholds. You pay per GB for data storage above 300GB per month, and per GB for data transfer above 300GB per month. All applicable charges appear on the same invoice.
What happens if my usage stays under the 300GB storage and transfer limits?
The storage and transfer add-ons apply only to usage above 300GB per month each. If your monthly storage and transfer stay at or below 300GB, those add-on charges do not accrue. You pay only for your selected page-processing tier in that case.
