Try this product free for 7 days according to the free trial terms set by the vendor. Usage-based pricing is in effect for usage beyond the free trial terms. Your free trial gets automatically converted to a paid subscription when the trial ends, but may be canceled any time before that.
Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.

See AWS Free Tier for more details. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour for the Amazon EC2 instance you choose to run this preconfigured CRM appliance. The many options are not feature tiers. Each one maps to a specific EC2 instance size, and your rate scales with the compute, memory, and storage that instance provides. Smaller instances like the t3 and t2 nano and micro sizes cost less per hour. Larger sizes such as 2xlarge cost more. Compute-optimized (c), general-purpose (m and t), memory (r), and storage (i) families let you match hardware to your workload. Software features stay the same across every instance choice.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What exactly am I paying for with each hourly instance rate?
You pay for the running EC2 server that hosts the CRM appliance, billed per hour. The rate covers the compute, memory, and storage of the instance size you pick. The CRM software itself is free and open source, so the charge reflects the hardware you run it on.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped or powered off?
Hourly software charges accrue only while the instance runs. A stopped instance stops the hourly meter. Note that stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage fees for attached disks, and by default an AWS server changes its IP address when stopped and restarted.
What support and backup come with the hourly subscription, and do they cost extra?
Your subscription bundles free 1-Click cloud backup, restore, and migration, plus chat and email support for default components. You get one free level 1 support incident per month and unlimited free forum support. Additional paid support and custom development are available at discounted rates. Registration to the vendor's Hub is required.
