Optic prices as separate contract components you combine to fit your venue. Two video subscriptions run for one year: periodic inference and continuous inference, which differ by how often the system analyzes camera feeds. A separate LiDAR subscription covers sensor-based measurement for one year. You can add three independent options: Premium Support, Data Integrations for connecting outside systems, and Optic Analytics for reporting. Each dimension is billed by units. All prices shown are placeholders; actual pricing comes through a private offer tailored to your deployment.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is the difference between the periodic inference and continuous inference video subscriptions?
Both subscriptions analyze camera feeds to measure crowd movement and behavior over a one-year term. Periodic inference processes video at set intervals. Continuous inference analyzes feeds constantly for real-time visibility. Continuous suits live occupancy counts and instant decisions; periodic suits less time-sensitive tracking. Both bill by units.
How do the LiDAR and video subscriptions combine on my bill?
You can subscribe to video, LiDAR, or both. Video uses camera feeds; LiDAR uses sensors to measure movement. Each is a separate one-year subscription billed by units. Adding both bills them independently, giving a richer operational view. You choose the mix that fits your site's sensor setup.
What do the Data Integrations and Optic Analytics add-ons cover?
Data Integrations connects Optic to outside systems such as ticketing, point-of-sale, accreditation, and event management platforms. This ties movement data to sales and operations. Optic Analytics provides reporting and dashboards for these insights. Both are optional add-ons billed by units, separate from the core video and LiDAR subscriptions.
