Cvent Registration uses a two-part pricing structure. You pay an annual license fee to access the registration solution. On top of that, you pay a per registrant fee that scales with the number of people who register for your events. The annual fee stays fixed for the contract term. The registrant fee grows with usage, so your total cost depends on how many attendees you register. Both components combine into your total contract price.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one registrant for the per registrant fee?
A registrant is a person who signs up for your event through the registration system. Each individual sign-up counts as one registrant. The per registrant fee grows as more people register, so total cost tracks your combined attendance across events.
How do the annual license fee and per registrant fee combine on my bill?
Both charges apply together. The annual license fee is a fixed amount for access to the registration solution. The per registrant fee is added on top based on how many people register. Your total is the fixed fee plus the variable registrant charges.
What registration capabilities does the license fee cover?
The license covers the registration solution for collecting sign-ups and promoting events. It includes personalized registration paths, agenda and session management, no-code website design, configurable payment tools, built-in email marketing, and housing and travel management.
