Cvent Registration uses a two-part pricing structure. You pay an annual license fee to access the registration solution. On top of that, you pay a per registrant fee that scales with the number of people who register for your events. The annual fee stays fixed for the contract term. The registrant fee grows with usage, so your total cost depends on how many attendees you register. Both components combine into your total contract price.
