The Touchstream OTT Operations Hub brings all the disparate pieces of your video delivery workflow, from encoding and CDN distribution to playback, into a single, unified, cloud-based monitoring platform. By integrating stream monitoring, CDN health diagnostics and video quality analysis, the Hub provides a complete, real-time view of your entire OTT workflow. This unified approach replaces silos and disparate tools with a centralised operations centre, enabling your team to track uptime, MTTD, MTTR and overall stream health across geographies and content formats (HLS / HSS / DASH).
With rich dashboards, API-ready automation logs, incident archives and drill-down graphs, you get not only a high-level overview but also the ability to inspect issues deeply, from CDN edge problems to encoding glitches, buffer events or playback anomalies. The built-in video-quality analysis (VQA) instantly detects black-screens, freezes or audio loss, using encoder-native CMSD metrics and ML-based anomaly detection, all without probes or DRM sharing, and fully cloud-native.
