You start with the Standard Subscription, which bundles a base setup of 5 concurrent users, 1 scheduler node, and unlimited workflows. From there, three add-on dimensions let you expand capacity independently. You add concurrent users, priced per user, to let more people use the platform at once. You add edges, priced per edge, to connect isolated data source networks. You add scheduler nodes, priced per node, to run more workflows. Each add-on scales separately, so you pay only for the extra capacity you need on top of the base subscription.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
An edge is a DeepIQ edge connector you deploy when a data source network sits isolated from your cloud platform. It links historians, PLCs, or SCADA systems and pushes data securely to your cloud account. Each connector you deploy counts as one billable edge on top of the base subscription.
A scheduler node runs your workflows. The Standard Subscription includes one node. You add nodes, priced per node, to run more workflows at once or handle larger data processing loads. Adding nodes increases how much you can execute in parallel across your data pipelines.
You pay one Standard Subscription fee that includes 5 concurrent users, 1 scheduler node, and unlimited workflows. Add-on charges for extra users, edges, and scheduler nodes bill independently and add to that base. Each add-on scales on its own, so your total reflects the base plus whichever capacities you expand.
