This contract combines two pricing dimensions that work together. The Platform Fee is a flat cost per tenant, meaning your organization pays once to run the platform. The Users dimension is a cost per user, so this part scales with the number of people you add. You pay the tenant fee plus a charge for each user license. Your total depends on how many users you provision under your single tenant.

One user is one person you provision with a platform license under your tenant. Each team member who uses Darcy — sales, presales, delivery, or account staff — counts as one user. Your per-user charge multiplies by the number of licenses you assign.
The Platform Fee is a flat cost per tenant and stays fixed regardless of team size. The per-user charge grows with each license you add. As you provision more users, the Users dimension becomes the larger part of your total. Both charges appear together.
DarcyIQ is delivered as a multi-tenant SaaS platform, so you get access without managing infrastructure. Your contract covers the platform and user licenses. Custom integration builds, knowledge base setup, and workflow development are configured within the platform and may fall outside the base licensing.

- Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
- Prorated refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
