What do you like best about the product?
My experience with NAKIVO Backup & Replication over the past year has been nothing short of transformative. Having managed backup systems for 18 years, I can confidently say that NAKIVO provides the best management experience of any enterprise tool I have used. The product delivers on its core promise: reliable, fast, and simple data protection. The ability to easily configure complex backup schedules for daily backup to local NAS storage and seamless weekly backup copies to S3 cloud storage from one centralized, intuitive interface is invaluable. Overall - Unmatched Simplicity, Speed and Reliability, Exceptional Customer Support, Ease of Deployment & Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI Modernization, admin console experience is great, easy to navigate but the design itself is outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All business critical systems are enabled with Automatic backup with schedule. It just works, not so many backup failures except when the node is shutdown. Overall, it just works as expected which is important.

What do you like best about the product?
We ve been using nakivo for ages, and it has an easy interface that even a none technical professional can understand.
Implementation literally took minutes and we had assistance from customer support and our account manager who is with us all the way. The solution is used on a weekly basis and it has numerous features that allows you to protect your data. Integration in our system was done successfully

As for the downside, I haven't seen any yet.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to deploy and use. Nakivo supports a wide range of environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Proxmox, physical servers, Microsoft 365, NAS, and multiple clouds), and the 24/7 support is excellent without the high costs you usually see with other vendors. It delivers great value for money.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very solid, but some advanced features like disaster recovery and monitoring could benefit from more detailed reporting and customizable dashboards. That said, Nakivo updates frequently and keeps improving with each release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nakivo helps us protect critical workloads across virtual, physical, cloud, and SaaS environments with a single platform. It has improved our business continuity by providing reliable backups, fast recovery, and ransomware protection, all while reducing costs compared to other vendors. The result is greater confidence in data availability and simplified backup management.

What do you like best about the product?
The range of features for the price, it’s an excellent replacement for more well known brand that seems to take its customer’s for granted with regards pricing, especially in the SMB space.
The fact it can install as an app on a range of NAS hardware means we can save on Windows server licensing, and have a dedicated back up device.
Offer of free consultation to setup the product in production environment and adhere to best practices.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far as I know, removable media has to be set up as multiple repositories instead of the software dealing with a bundle of devices that may be rotated as a single entity. It requires a bit more configuration than anticipated but with job cloning options was fairly easy in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seems very comparable to more popular and well known backup vendors features.
Saving money on other vendors who see fit to price gouge on subscriptions.
