You buy this contract by the unit, where each unit represents a license for one customer application installation. Two tiers set what each unit includes. The Business tier covers licensing, embedded Kubernetes installs, and preflight checks. The Enterprise tier adds everything in Business, plus air-gapped installs into disconnected environments and security audit logs. Both tiers scale by the number of licenses you distribute, so your cost grows with the number of customers you deploy to. Pick the tier based on whether you need air-gap support and audit logging.

Each customer you deploy to needs one license per application installation. You create each license in the vendor portal or through the API, then distribute it with your install instructions. The license identifies the customer and application during install and updates. Your total cost tracks the number of licenses you distribute.
Both tiers scale by license count and both include diagnostic collectors and analyzers. The Business tier gives you access to commonly used collectors and analyzers. The Enterprise tier lets you create custom collectors and analyzers, and it adds air-gap installs and security audit logs.
