Decagon is the conversational AI platform to build, optimize, and scale AI agents that deliver concierge-level customer experiences across voice, chat, email, and SMS. Leading enterprises like Hertz, Samsara and Chime use Decagon to resolve customer issues end to end - without hold queues, escalations, or copy-paste responses.
Every customer deserves a concierge. Decagon makes that possible at scale.
Decagon is the leading conversational AI platform purpose-built for customer experience. AI agents handle real customer issues across voice, chat, email, and SMS - resolving them fully, without deflection or escalation. One agent intelligence layer powers every channel.
Most AI platforms are black boxes. Changing agent behavior means filing a ticket, waiting on an engineer, and hoping the output matches what you needed. Decagon's Agent Operating Procedures (AOPs) let business teams read, understand, and update agent logic in plain language - no SDK, no vendor dependency, no sprint cycle. That transparency compounds into meaningfully lower cost of ownership over time.
Decagon offers a fully white-glove deployment model for teams that want it. The difference is that the build lives in the product, not locked inside proprietary tooling only Decagon can touch. You own it.
Decagon's testing suite spans the full agent lifecycle: simulate conversations before launch, run live A/B tests with Experiments, and monitor 100% of conversations in real time with Watchtower. Duet Autopilot closes the loop - analyzing production signals and proposing validated updates with human approval gates.
Enterprises in retail, financial services, travel, and technology go live in weeks. ClassPass reduced AI support costs by 95%. Hunter Douglas generated $1M in AI-driven revenue. Avis Budget Group, Chime, and Oura Health run on Decagon today.
Highlights
Omnichannel AI agents, one platform. Deploy across voice, chat, email, and SMS from a single agent intelligence layer. Decagon agents maintain cross-channel memory and handle outbound as well as inbound - with ultra-low latency voice built in.
Built to iterate, not just deploy. AOPs let business teams update agent logic in natural language without engineering support. Experiments run live A/B tests on real traffic. Watchtower monitors every conversation. Duet Autopilot self-improves agents over time with integrated validation and approval gates.
Enterprise-grade from day one. Configurable PII redaction across chat and voice. Layered guardrails running before, during, and after every conversation. Git-backed versioning with isolated staging environments. Deployed by leading enterprises in six to seven weeks.

Decagon Makes Customer Support Faster and More Human
Reviewed on Aug 10, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Decagon is how well it handles customer support conversations without making them feel too robotic. It can understand the context of a conversation, respond quickly, and handle a good portion of repetitive support questions on its own. I also like that it helps reduce the workload on support teams while still giving them visibility into what customers are asking about.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is that it can still struggle with more complex or unusual customer questions. Sometimes the responses need to be reviewed or corrected by a human, especially when the conversation requires deeper context. It also takes some time to fine-tune the setup and make sure the AI responds consistently with our support processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decagon is mainly helping us handle the volume of repetitive customer support requests without having to scale the support team at the same rate. It automates common questions and basic troubleshooting, which reduces response times and frees up our support agents to focus on more complicated issues. It also helps us provide more consistent support outside normal working hours, which has been useful for improving the overall customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Decagon to automate customer support with AI agents that handle chat, email, and voice conversations while integrating directly with our internal systems. I like how naturally the AI agents manage conversations and take meaningful actions beyond just answering questions. The deep integrations with business systems and reliable context retention across interactions, along with the seamless handoff to human agents, are standout features. I appreciate the analytics and performance insights which make it easy to identify recurring customer issues and continuously improve. I really appreciate how quickly Decagon can be adapted to new workflows as business requirements change, maintaining a good balance between automation and human oversight. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus too.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is providing more transparency into why the AI chooses certain actions or escalation paths, especially for complex customer scenarios where teams want greater visibility into its decision-making. I'd also like to see more low-code customization for workflows, richer performance analytics with deeper root-cause insights, and broader out-of-the-box integrations with CRM, ERP, and collaboration platforms to make deployment and ongoing optimization even easier across different business environments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Decagon to automate customer support with AI agents, which handle chat, email, and voice interactions. It reduces response times, improves resolution rates, and allows my team to focus on higher-value tasks, solving the challenge of scaling support without growing the team.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Decagon is that it helps automate customer support without making the experience feel robotic. The platform is intuitive, easy to manage, and very useful for handling repetitive questions quickly and consistently. It saves the team a lot of time and allows us to focus on more complex cases where human attention is really needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that it takes some time to set up and fine-tune everything properly. At the beginning, you need to review the responses quite closely to make sure they match your tone and business rules. Once it is configured, it works well, but the initial setup and ongoing adjustments can require more time than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decagon helps us manage a high volume of repetitive customer questions and provide faster, more consistent answers. This reduces the workload for the support team, improves response times, and allows people to focus on more complex cases that really need human attention. It also makes it easier to scale support without increasing the team at the same pace.

Fast, Reliable AI Support Automation with a Clean, Intuitive Interface
Reviewed on Jul 28, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Decagon is its ability to automate customer support with AI while still delivering natural, context-aware conversations. The platform has a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy to build, monitor, and optimize AI agents without a steep learning curve. I also appreciate its seamless integrations with CRM systems, knowledge bases, and business tools, allowing the AI to access relevant customer information and provide more accurate responses. Performance has been consistently fast and reliable, and the AI handles complex customer interactions with impressive accuracy. Overall, Decagon helps improve support efficiency, reduce operational costs, and provides excellent value through its intelligent automation and easy onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Decagon is a powerful AI customer support platform, some advanced workflow configuration and customization options can take time to master, particularly for teams with complex support processes. I would also like to see more flexibility in reporting, deeper customization of AI behaviour, and additional native integrations with a wider range of business tools. The interface is clean and performs well, but more guided onboarding, interactive tutorials, and greater transparency into how certain AI decisions are made would help users deploy and optimize the platform more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decagon solves the challenge of scaling customer support without sacrificing response quality by using AI to automate routine customer interactions and assist with more complex requests. Instead of relying entirely on manual support processes, the platform provides intelligent, context-aware responses, routes conversations efficiently, and helps agents resolve issues faster. This has reduced response times, improved customer satisfaction, and allowed support teams to focus on higher-value cases. Its strong integrations with existing business systems, reliable performance, and AI-driven automation also deliver excellent ROI by increasing operational efficiency while lowering the workload on customer support teams.
