What do you like best about the product?
aconso provides a very robust and compliant solution for HR document management. The platform is highly reliable, especially when it comes to handling sensitive employee documents securely. I really appreciate the strong focus on data protection, GDPR compliance, and audit readiness, which is crucial for HR processes. The system integrates well with existing HR environments and helps significantly reduce manual paperwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the solution is very powerful, some configurations and advanced features require technical knowledge or support assistance. A more self-service–friendly setup and clearer documentation would improve the overall user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how we can access files just by few clicks before aconson I have to first recall where I have put the file and if it got put somewhere else. OMG! then I used to send hours searching for that employee data and it affects my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automated deletion of documents because sometimes I might have to access it and it's yet for me to figure out where that data goes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How convenient it is to search for data using keywords and that bulk and drag-drop features makes it easy for me to upload tons of data before this i have to upload files one by one on drive and i also have to keep on remembering file location,

What do you like best about the product?
Fast access to all documents contained in personnel files; Good and fast search functions; the scroll through function is of great help.

What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator of that program I miss functions such as "drag and drop" which is possilbe with the Windows explorer. In our authorization mode I would like to rearrange groups of employees and groups of files and store them in a folder.
Moreover, if I create groups of files by selecting personnel numbers and/or other basic data it takes some time to create a new space for entries.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our personnel files are accessible all the time. Many HR processes have been improved. We don't have shadow files, the file contains the latest documents. The executives can easily access the files of their employees because the accessability of the files is steered by the orgmanagemen ouf our leading system SAP. This is very comfortable.
