Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pick one of three subscription plans, each billed as a contract for a set number of units. The Team Plan, Business Plan, and Enterprise Plan (Standard Edition) represent progressively larger testing capacity. Each subscription covers both load testing and end-to-end testing. Plans differ in how much test volume you can run, how long your reports are retained, and the scale of distributed tests. You choose the plan that matches your testing volume and pay for the units you subscribe to under the contract term.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
How is test volume counted against my plan's limit?
Volume is based on the number of test reports sent to the cloud. Each distinct load test or end-to-end test recorded counts as one report. Reports from tests stopped early and reports you later delete still count toward the limit.
What happens if we exceed our plan's test volume limit?
Occasional overages keep the service running as normal. If you exceed limits continuously, service may be degraded to prioritize other users, and your account may be placed in read-only mode. Move to a plan that fits your volume if you exceed limits consistently.
What differs between the plans besides test volume?
Each plan sets a different report retention period, distributed test scale, and test duration limit. Higher plans allow more workers per distributed test and longer test runs. All plans include both load testing and end-to-end testing through the CLI and cloud dashboard.
