Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Standard Support
Everything in free plus: Email response within two business days. Video call or phone support. Physics-related support - help on customer's own implementation of models. Postprocessing routines. API/SDK support. Postprocessing routines support. Pricing: Starts at $7,000, up to a maximum of $14,000, or 10% of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Premium Support
Everything in standard plus: Email response within one business day. Quarterly business reviews. Dedicated customer success manager. Physics-related support - custom development of models. Onsite trainings (up to 5 working days in one week) Pricing: Starts at $25,000, up to a maximum of $50,000, or 20% of ARR.
