What do you like best about the product?
I like Procore because it makes comparing project progress so much easier than traditional Excel files. I appreciate the clear display of different project versions and progress directly on the platform. Using Procore is convenient, especially for accessing different sections and making updates right from a mobile phone at the job site. It really streamlines tasks like observations and daily logs, allowing me to handle everything on-site without being tied to an office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup with Procore a bit difficult because, as a small firm, our company wasn't on file, so we had to create our profile from scratch. Also, without watching the tutorial or certification courses, figuring things out on Procore can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps me track project schedules and deadlines, review document revisions, and update progress on-site efficiently with my mobile. It's more accessible than Excel, allowing real-time updates without needing a computer.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to seamlessly go through RFIs and submittals as well as our open and pending items to maintain project schedule and sources
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to learn the platform, especially if you’re new, and there isn’t a tutorial offered at the start to help you get oriented. I’m also not sure whether it’s a platform I can realistically use as a small-time contractor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the RFIs being distributed to us helps us confirm whether an open RFI is likely to have a cost impact. The distribution of meeting minutes, along with the link, also makes it easier for me to find what I need without having to dig through my emails which helps a lot for managing a lot of ongoing projects' coordinations.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the extensive range of tools available in Procore, as they offer a lot of diversity and options for managing various tasks. It effectively helps with client to internal worker management for RFIs, Submittals, and other tools, which is crucial for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Connection Manager is in Beta and could be expanded to work with Live RFIs and Submittals, instead of just closed ones. This would be a valuable improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps manage client relations and internal workflows for RFIs, Submittals, and offers a variety of diverse tool options.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Procore makes everything easily accessible in one place, which is essential for managing construction activities. It's so convenient to pull up current drawings, RFIs, submittals, and all the project information I need right from the field. This saves me time and helps me stay organized and efficient. The platform helps keep the field and the office on the same page, reducing confusion and making communication a lot easier. The Drawings tool is especially valuable because I can access the latest plans without having to locate a hard copy. RFIs and submittals are also really useful for keeping track of questions, answers, and updates, ensuring I'm always working with the latest information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am still fairly new to using Procore, the biggest challenge has been learning where everything is and navigating all of the different tools. There's a lot the platform can do, which is great, but it can feel a little overwhelming at first. Making some of the navigation more intuitive for newer users would help shorten the learning curve. One area that could be more intuitive is moving between drawings, RFIs, submittals, and related project information. As a newer user, it sometimes takes a few extra clicks to find what I'm looking for. A more simplified navigation layout, better shortcuts between related items, or more guidance for new users would make the learning curve easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore organizes project data and simplifies field-office communication. It offers quick access to current drawings, RFIs, and submittals, reducing confusion and allowing me to respond to changes efficiently while managing construction projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore biggest advantage is centralizing all project information in one platform. I regularly use it and it saves time and reduces the need to search through emails or multiple systems. The interface is easy to navigate, the mobile app works well in the field, and the integrations help reduce duplicate work. It's saved time on administrative tasks, improved communication between teams, and provided good value through increased efficiency. I also like the AI features that make it easier to find information and stay on top of project updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Procore a bit overwhelming at times because there are so many features to navigate, but that depth also gives it more capability than simpler project management tools. Once you learn it, the benefits generally outweigh the learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps us keep project information organized and accessible, reducing time spent searching for drawings, RFIs, and documentation. It also improves communication between field and office teams, helping prevent mistakes, delays, and rework.
